Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) who will be responsible for generating new business, selling Globe Communication’s digital communication services, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, lead-handling capability, and a consultative sales approach. • Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and digital leads • Pitch and sell Globe Communication services such as: • • Bulk SMS • WhatsApp Business API • Google RCS • Bulk Voice & IVR • AI Voice Bot & Automation Solutions • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Client Handling & Relationship Management Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally • Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners • Conduct product demos and explain pricing, features, and compliance (DLT, WhatsApp policies, etc.) • Ensure smooth onboarding and coordinate with technical/support teams • Follow-ups & Closures Regular follow-ups with prospects for deal closure • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM or internal tracking systems • Negotiate commercials within company guidelines • Market Intelligence & Reporting Track market trends and competitor offerings • Share feedback and insights with management • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates • Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English) • Sales-oriented mindset with result-driven approach • Ability to explain technical services in simple business language • Good negotiation and closing skills • Basic understanding of digital marketing / messaging platforms preferred • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
