Job Description

We are hiring for Sr. Business Development Manager at Hyderabad Location. (Only from Commercial Interior Fit-out background).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve firm growth objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets to target.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align business development goals with overall firm strategy.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Brand and Network Development:
  • Enhance the firm’s brand presence through networking, attending industry events, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the business development budget.
  • Track and report on business development performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in business development into Commercial Interior Fit out Industry.
  • Strong understanding of the architecture industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
