We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Boy with Housekeeping duties to support the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean environment, handling minor errands, and assisting staff with basic tasks. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping Duties: Clean and sanitize office areas, including workstations, reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms. Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, glass surfaces, and fixtures. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Clean toilets as and when required & Refill toiletries and cleaning supplies regularly. Ensure pantry/cafe and kitchen areas are clean and well-maintained. Office Support Duties: Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and other basic office tasks. Handle document deliveries or collections within the office or nearby locations. Monitor stock of cleaning and pantry supplies; inform supervisor when replenishment is needed. Support the setup of meeting rooms (arranging chairs, tables, tea, coffee, etc.). Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
