Job Description

WECO Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales
• Knowledge of proposal writing and client onboarding
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
