Job Description

WECO Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing activities along with a strong eye for design and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Design creative graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, posters, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with the content and video teams to develop engaging marketing creatives
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads – basic level)
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and design outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, basic After Effects is a plus)
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual sense

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or graphic designing
• Freshers with relevant skills, certifications, or portfolios are welcome to apply
