Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on knowledge of SEO and paid advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing Meta ads, Google Ads, and supporting digital growth initiatives across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords) including search and display ads
• Handle Meta Business Suite, including page management, content scheduling, and insights tracking
• Create, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives and posts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical basics)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords)
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of ad metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Digital marketing certification(s)
• Experience working with lead-generation or e-commerce campaigns
• Basic understanding of content marketing and social media trends
