ALSol Tech is looking for a Senior Web Developer with solid experience in WordPress and PHP Laravel to join our growing team. This role goes beyond just coding—you’ll play a vital role in project management, client communication, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic websites using WordPress and PHP Laravel.
• Lead web development projects from planning to deployment.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables effectively.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in WordPress (theme & plugin development) and Laravel framework.
• Excellent project management and time management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling client communication and gathering requirements.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
