Job Description

The Technical Support & Operations Executive at Globe Communication will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical support for our digital communication platforms such as Bulk SMS, Business WhatsApp API, Google RCS, IVR, Email, and Push Notifications, while also managing key operational and executive assistance tasks. This role blends technical problem-solving, back-office coordination, and executive support to ensure smooth client experiences and efficient internal operations. The candidate should have 6 months of experience in software support (minimum 6 months in export or similar IT/communication operations) with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for clients requiring technical support for Globe Communication’s digital services. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to APIs, integrations, and platform usage. Provide training and onboarding assistance for clients using Globe Communication tools. Prepare system documentation, technical FAQs, and training materials for internal and external use. Coordinate operational tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth project documentation. Assist senior leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and client communication follow-ups. Track KPIs, deadlines, and escalate critical issues to leadership or technical teams when required. Ensure data accuracy, compliance documentation, and proper workflow coordination with internal departments. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 1 years of experience in software technical support with at least 6 months of export/IT operations experience. Hands-on experience with APIs, messaging platforms, or SaaS products. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace . Desired SkillsExcellent communication and client-handling abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic work environments.
