The role involves resolving customer queries, guiding customers through technical issues, and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.

*Roles & Responsibilities*
Handle customer queries via chat and voice channels professionally.Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to products or services.Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers.Maintain call/chat logs and update ticketing systems as required.Communicate clearly and effectivelyexcellent communication is mandatory.Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.Adhere to company policies and achieve performance targets.

*Skills Required*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic technical knowledge (internet, software, troubleshooting).Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.Problem-solving attitude with willingness to learn.Typing speed and accuracy for chat support.
