Business Development Manager (BDM)

Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to generate new business leads and nurture long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve company targets. Identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term business. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, partnerships, and emerging industry trends. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize growth strategies. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling. Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Goal-driven with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
