Job Description
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and institutional customers.
· Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets within assigned territories or segments.
· Drive project-based sales for industrial customers and ensure timely execution and delivery.
· Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
Required Candidate Profile
· Strong background in selling engineering or industrial electrical products (e.g., transformers, switchgear, or related equipment).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability in business generation, client management, and team leadership.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Education
· UG: B. Tech / B.E. (Electrical), BBA, MA (Eng.) or B. Com
· PG: MBA (Marketing / Sales) or equivalent
