Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to lead and execute search engine optimization strategies that drive organic growth for our website. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both technical SEO and content strategy, with a solid understanding of web development fundamentals. You’ll play a critical role in increasing site visibility, improving rankings, and boosting traffic to support overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with business goals and target audiences. Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement improvements (e.g., site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, structured data). Optimize website architecture, on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking), and content for better ranking and user experience. Develop and execute a content strategy that improves organic traffic and conversions. Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). Collaborate with web developers, content writers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader digital marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for backlink acquisition and lead off-page SEO efforts. Track and report KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and domain authority. Recommend and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics to improve lead generation or sales. Requirements: Proven experience (1+ years) as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools. Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and working knowledge of JavaScript and web development practices. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar SEO tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Experience in WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms is a plus. Knowledge of local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and technical site migrations is an advantage.
