SEO Specialist

Company profile:

HJ Real Estates is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices, especially within the real estate domain. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving rankings, and enhancing our digital presence across global and local markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility for HJ Real Estates’ website and digital platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with real estate industry trends and UAE market focus.
• Optimize on-page and off-page elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
• Develop link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
• Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO bestpractices are properly implemented.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics,Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive/Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred).
• Experience in real estate or property-related websites is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional.
