We are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales and business operations across Trivandrum and nearby districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
• Generate new leads, convert prospects, and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on sales performance and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be from the Trivandrum locality.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering (preferred).
• Experience:
• Prior technical or sales experience in the solar or related industries preferred.
• Candidates with strong sales and team management skills will also be considered.
• Gender Preference: Male candidates only.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across Trivandrum and nearby districts.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
