Ltd. is a global manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of premium-grade natural essential oils, spice oils, floral absolutes, aromatic chemicals, and herbal extracts. We cater to B2B clients across cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and wellness industries in over 80 countries. We are expanding our business verticals and seeking experienced professionals from similar industries to drive growth and develop strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1-Identify and acquire new international and domestic B2B clients in target industries like cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, perfumery, personal care, and wellness. 2- Develop strategic partnerships and generate export orders for essential oils, natural extracts, and fragrance ingredients. 3-Build and manage strong business relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads. 3-Handle end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, order closures, and post-sales follow-ups. 5-Participate in national and international trade exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and industry events to promote the companys products. 6- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs. 7-Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence for business strategy development. 8-Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, and sales pipelines using CRM tools. 9-Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Required Qualifications: 1-Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration / Marketing / International Business / Life Sciences / Chemistry. 2- 37 years of experience in B2B sales or business development from essential oils, natural extracts, fragrance, pharma ingredients, herbal cosmetics, or related industries. 3- Proven track record of achieving export/import business targets. 4- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5-Strong understanding of international trade documentation, pricing, and regulatory norms. 6-Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows (India & abroad). As part of our strategic marketing initiatives, we actively participate in domestic and international trade shows to showcase our offerings. We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Exhibition Organiser to plan and manage the companys exhibition activities from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will ensure that every exhibition represents the brand effectively, attracts the target audience, and contributes to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify relevant exhibitions, trade shows, and B2B events for the companys participation. Coordinate with event organizers, booking stalls, negotiating space, and securing all required permissions. Plan the event logistics including transportation, accommodation, material shipments, and staffing. Design and organize the exhibition booth in line with brand identity and marketing objectives. Supervise booth setup, dismantling, and ensure adherence to event guidelines. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop brochures, samples, product displays, and banners. Train and brief staff attending exhibitions to ensure effective representation. Track visitor engagement, generate leads, and prepare post-event performance reports. Maintain event budgets, expense reports, and coordinate invoicing with the accounts department. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in organizing exhibitions or B2B events, preferably in manufacturing/export sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as per event calendar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event planning tools is a plus.
