B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

• Handle daily leads from

  IndiaMart, TradeIndia, and JustDial

  , ensuring timely response and follow-ups.
• Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed orders.
  
• Maintain high lead-to-sale conversion ratios.
  

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international B2B clients.
  
• Understand customer requirements related to

  essential oils, carrier oils, spice oils, oleoresins, hydrosols, and fragrances

  .
• Share product samples, quotations, and technical information with clients.
  

3. Sales Growth & Targets

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships in aromatherapy, cosmetics, perfumery, personal care, and pharma segments.
  

4. Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
  
• Ensure timely dispatch, billing, and payment follow-ups.
  
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  

5. Portal Management

• Manage and update company profiles on

  IndiaMart, JustDial, and TradeIndia

  .
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and attractive.
  
• Respond to chat inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and call-back requests.
  

Skills & Requirements

• 25+ years

  B2B sales experience, preferably in

  essential oils / aromatics / FMCG ingredients

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  IndiaMart, JustDial & TradeIndia lead handling

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  
• Ability to understand technical product specifications.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.
  
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
