Role Objective

developing new samples and formulations

Key Responsibilities

• Sample Development:

  1- Develop and prepare

  samples of essential oils, carrier oil blends, and natural fragrance compositions

  as per client or internal requirements. 2-Conduct trials for

  new aroma profiles

  , blends, and formulations.

• Formulation & Innovation:

  1- Innovate

  new fragrance combinations

  , natural extracts, and essential oil derivatives.2- Support the R&D team in developing

  new product lines

  such as diffuser oils, natural perfumes, and aromatherapy blends.

• Testing & Evaluation:

  1- Conduct

  stability, solubility, and aroma retention tests

  on developed samples. 2-Compare and analyze fragrance profiles using

  GC, GC-MS, or sensory evaluation

  methods. 3-Evaluate shelf life and compatibility with packaging materials.

• Documentation:

  1- Maintain complete documentation of

  sample codes, test results, formulations, and SOPs

  .2- Generate reports for management review and client communication.

• Cross-Department Collaboration:

  1-Work closely with

  Production, QC/QA, and Sales

  teams for sample approval and production scale-up. 2-Support the Sales team by

  developing and dispatching customer-specific samples

  within timelines.

• Quality & Compliance:

  1-Ensure adherence to

  company quality standards, GMP, and safety protocols

  . 2-Maintain lab hygiene and proper storage of raw materials and finished samples.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related discipline.
  

Experience:

essential oils, fragrances, or natural ingredient R&D
