The R&D Manager will oversee research and development activities, manage project timelines, and provide leadership to the R&D team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting and overseeing research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and solutions. Qualifications Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting Research Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills Minimum 5 years of experience Experience in Project Management Autocad & 3D Software Experience Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Kondotti A master's degree in a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
