Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Research and Development (R&D) Manager located in Kondotti. The R&D Manager will oversee research and development activities, manage project timelines, and provide leadership to the R&D team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting and overseeing research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting Research
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in Project Management
• Autocad & 3D Software Experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Kondotti
• A master's degree in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
