Key Responsibilities Handle Modern Trade accounts (D-Mart, Reliance, Metro Cash & Carry) across Andhra Pradesh. Collect daily Purchase Orders (POs) from D-Mart stores in Vijayawada (approx. 23 stores) as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) . Drive and monitor sales performance in D-Mart Vizag through Territory Sales In-Charge (TSI). Manage sales operations and stock levels for Metro Cash & Carry Vijayawada . Oversee Reliance Retail stores in the region and ensure consistent sales growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and store managers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and timely deliveries. Track sales trends, competitor activities, and market insights for business improvement. Maintain accurate sales reports and share regular updates with management. Requirements Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG Sales , preferably handling D-Mart or other Modern Trade accounts . Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Understanding of DSD (Direct Store Delivery) model. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada . Travel: Frequent travel across Vijayawada, Guntur, Vizag, and other AP locations.
