Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Ludhiana for a Research and Development (R&D) Manager. The R&D Manager will lead and oversee research projects, develop innovative agricultural machinery solutions, and manage product development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough research, designing and prototyping new products, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring project timelines and goals are met. The R&D Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to align R&D initiatives with business objectives and market needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Good Knowledge of design and development of agricultural machines

2. Sound academic and technical knowledge

3. Knowledge of GD&T

4. AutoCAD and solid work knowledge

5. Punctuality and discipline

6. Good knowledge of measuring instruments

7. Good knowledge of MS office and SAP/ERP

8. Must be aware of agricultural implement

9.Good Aptitude
