🌞 Hiring: Solar R&D Professionals | Location: Ahmedabad

Solar Research & Development (R&D) Department

🔬 Job Overview

Solar manufacturing

📌 Key Responsibilities

Research & Development

Conduct advanced research on solar cell architectures, thin-film materials, and deposition techniques.
Develop and optimize products to enhance reliability and performance.
Analyze key cell performance parameters such as
Voc, Jsc, FF, and efficiency
.

Production & Process Development

Optimize manufacturing processes (e.g.,
PECVD, ALD, thin-film deposition
).
Troubleshoot production issues and support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.

Laboratory Setup & Management

Design and establish R&D lab infrastructure and procure advanced characterization equipment.
Develop
SOPs
and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Quality Control & Testing

Implement in-line quality control systems and inspection protocols.
Conduct failure analysis and reliability testing as per
IEC and BIS
norms.

Documentation & Collaboration

Prepare technical reports, patent filings, and data sheets.
Work closely with manufacturing, design, and QA teams.

🎓 Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education:

B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Solar design & simulation tools:
PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope
Knowledge of
TOPCon, PERC, HJT
cell architectures
Experience in thin-film technologies, semiconductor processes, and surface passivation
Strong data analysis and DOE expertise

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong project management and organizational skills
Team collaboration and adaptability
Effective communication and leadership qualities
