Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Research and Development Manager. The Research and Development Manager will oversee and lead R&D projects, manage teams, and contribute to developing innovative solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting and supervising research activities, managing project timelines, providing leadership and direction to the R&D team, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, monitoring project outcomes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and hands-on research expertise
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership abilities
• Experience in Project Management, including planning and execution
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Proven track record in successfully managing R&D projects
