Job Profile:

Senior Business Development Professional- International Capital & Asset Management

Experience: 6–10 years (International Capital Markets / Asset Management)

Location: Pan India

Reporting To: Head – International Business Development


Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic business leader with deep expertise in international capital markets and asset management to drive growth from High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) who are keen to invest in India across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage an established HNI and NRI client base to onboard and grow high-value relationships.

  • Advise clients on

    India-focused investment opportunities

    across asset classes: equities, fixed income, alternatives, private equity, and structured products.
  • Develop

    bespoke investment solutions

    aligned to client goals, risk profiles, and cross-border wealth planning needs.
  • Represent the firm at global investment forums, wealth conclaves, and international showcases to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • Provide strategic inputs on new products, regulatory developments, and market trends relevant to NRI investors.
  • Collaborate with internal research, product, and investment teams to deliver cutting-edge wealth management solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed AUM growth, revenue, and client acquisition targets.


Candidate Profile

  • A self-driven and entrepreneurial professional with a strong business development track record in capital markets, asset management, or private wealth.
  • Deep knowledge of global HNI/NRI wealth dynamics, India

    regulatory frameworks (FEMA, RBI guidelines, taxation norms), and cross-border investment channels.
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), HNIs, and family offices.
  • Strong strategic thinking, consultative sales, and client engagement skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
  • An extensive network within the NRI diaspora and access to client segments across international markets.


Qualifications

  • MBA / CFA / CA / or equivalent post-graduate qualification in Finance, Business, or Investments.
  • 6–10 years of progressive international experience in Business Development, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Private Wealth.
  • Demonstrable track record of acquiring and managing HNI/NRI assets at scale.
