Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the 

    B2B Business Development strategy

     for Ambula.
  • Identify, target, and pitch to 

    corporates, startups, and MSMEs

     to sell 

    Corporate/Employee Health Packages

    .
  • Develop tailored pitches and proposals for 

    universities, colleges, and coaching centers

     to drive institutional collaborations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, CXOs, Admin Heads, etc.).
  • Work with the product and operations teams to design customized health packages for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Represent Ambula at corporate meetings, events, and healthcare forums.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and market insights to management.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create impactful 

    pitch decks, sales collateral, and campaigns

    .
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and work closely with the customer success team to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Track client engagement, feedback, and renewals to maximize retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in 

    corporate healthcare, wellness, and digital health solutions

    .

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in using CRM and sales tools.
  • Proven experience in 

    B2B Sales/Business Development

    , preferably in healthcare is a plus.
