Human Resources Intern

Job Title: HR Intern Location: In-Office (Bhubaneswar) Duration: 3 Months Stipend: As per Market Standards Type: Internship Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in drafting job descriptions, internship posts, and managing recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates Conduct initial screening and communication with applicants Maintain and update HR records and databases on HRMS etc. Help manage onboarding and documentation for new interns/employees Assist in employee engagement activities and feedback collection Support in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and certificates Contribute to building a positive and collaborative work culture Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes Good organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable with using tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Excel, etc. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a startup environment Prior internship experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory) Perks & Benefits: Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation Learning and mentorship opportunities with experienced professionals Exposure to a fast-paced startup and the HealthTech industry Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance Show more Show less
