Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and provides an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and administrative processes. If you’re eager to kickstart your career in HR and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Support in documentation, record-keeping, and HR database management.
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees and interns.
Assist with HR administration tasks, including drafting letters, maintaining files, and handling queries.
Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day activities.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
Eagerness to learn HR practices and processes.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
