Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our HR initiatives while developing essential skills in human capital management and workforce management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Participate in employee evaluation processes and assist with performance management initiatives.
  • Help manage HRIS data entry and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Contribute to projects related to talent management, change management, and strategic planning.
  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
  • Support the development of training and development programs for employees.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis for various HR metrics.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and social media management related to recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles including employment & labor law, FMLA, OSHA, and affirmative action planning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR software such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and experience with tools like Salesforce or Oracle HCM is advantageous.
  • Previous administrative experience or internships in HR-related roles would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their careers in human resources while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22.45 - ₹27.03 per hour

Expected hours: 54 per week
