Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. The intern will gain experience in HR management and play a key role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
