Business Development Intern (Sales & Outreach) Location: Nashik (On-Ground) Duration: 30 Days Stipend: Unpaid (Performance-Based Incentives) Openings: 5 Immediate Joining Required About TradeBridge- TradeBridge is an AI driven, B2B e-marketplace for Agro-Commodities providing farmers, processors & importers seamless access to millions of retailers & wholesalers across India. TradeBridge does not buy or sell crops and is not a broker. Instead, we offer you the ability to effortlessly market your commodity via our platform. We have built a complete digital platform for Buyers and Vendors; a trade marketplace to buy & sell, without having to worry about anything but "Price". We take care of logistics, quality inspections, secure payments, returns, grievance redressals & extension of credit. We are introducing technology to improve food traceability and sustainability, and insurance coverage for all the major risks in the agri-business. Role Overview As a Sales & Outreach Intern, you'll be the face of TradeBridge in your assigned zone. Your mission is to visit retail outlets, introduce them to our platform's benefits, and guide them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Store Visits: Cover ~20 retail outlets per day (kirana shops, supermarkets, hypermarkets, bakeries, sweet marts, FMCG wholesalers, hotels, cafés, catering businesses) Onboarding Targets: Successfully onboard a minimum of 5 new retailers per day Sales Pitch: Highlight TradeBridge offerings-bulk buying, logistics support, payment solutions, etc. Customer Support: Assist retailers with registration, answer FAQs, handle objections (training provided) Reporting: Log daily progress in our CRM/shared dashboard Brand Representation: Maintain a professional image while wearing the TradeBridge T-shirt What You'll Receive- Certificate of Internship Letter of Recommendation (for top performers) Live Training in B2B sales & customer onboarding Branded T-shirt & sales collateral Performance-Based Incentives linked to successful onboardings Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for those who demonstrate leadership, strong results, and communication skills Ideal Candidate Profile- Enrolled in or recently graduated from BBA/BMS/MBA from a Nashik-based college Fluent in the local language; basic English proficiency Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and on-ground work Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented Prior sales or campus-ambassador experience is a plus. Learning & development- Hands-on exposure to B2B commerce and marketplace operations. Direct experience in field sales and retailer engagement. Mastery of CRM tools and discipline daily reporting. Insights into Tier-2/3 retail market behaviors. Relationship-building skills for long-term B2B partnerships. Show more Show less
