We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the voice of our customers — resolving queries, addressing grievances, and ensuring a seamless experience for every TradeBridge user.
Experience: 1–3 years in MIS (BPO/call center preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s in Business/IT/CS
Key Responsibilities
● Data Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI.
● KPI Tracking: Monitor team performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
● Customer Feedback Calls (40%): Collect feedback, resolve grievances, and document interactions.
● Data Analysis: Provide insights to support operational decisions.
● Database Management: Maintain/update data and resolve discrepancies.
● Automation: Build automated reports and streamline processes.
● Cross-Team Coordination: Work with Operations/HR/IT for data and ad-hoc requests.
Key Skills
● Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Ability to handle customer calls professionally
