About the Role:

As a Business Development Intern – Fleet Division at Statiq, you will be an integral part of our efforts to scale partnerships within the EV ecosystem. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, develop client engagement strategies, and support the expansion of our fleet charging network. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to real-time business development initiatives in one of the fastest-growing industries — electric mobility.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the BD Fleet team in identifying and onboarding new fleet clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in mapping and profiling potential fleet clients, logistics partners, and aggregator networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, or field visits for BD managers with prospective partners.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with leads, activities, and pipeline movement.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client-specific requirements and support.
  • Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
  • Track and report key metrics to measure the success of outreach and partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies tailored to fleet segment needs.
  • Shadow BD executives in client meetings to gain hands-on industry exposure.
  • Support documentation, contracts, and onboarding formalities for new partners.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree (ongoing/final year) or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior internship experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in the EV or mobility sector.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
