ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to continuously improve the user journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.Identify and prioritize new features, enhancements, and optimizations that will drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.Work closely with marketing, business, and customer support teams to launch new initiatives and ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development.Regularly report on product performance, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Set up and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor user behavior, product usage, and other critical metrics. RequirementsProven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B environment.Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.Demonstrated ability to drive product growth through innovative strategies and initiatives.Excellent analytical skills, with experience in metrics-driven decision making.Proficiency in using data analytics and visualization tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. Experience with tenders is a bonus, but not a must-have—we value execution and stakeholder management above all. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects, especially those in collaboration with government bodies. Comfortable working on government invoicing portals (like GeM, CPPP, etc.). Prior experience with tendering is a plus, but not mandatory.
