Associate - Software Delivery Manager

As an Associate Software Delivery Manager at Statiq, you will play a crucial role in driving high-quality software releases, optimizing team performance, and ensuring that our tech efforts are always in line with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end software delivery cycles to ensure timely and quality outcomes, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives, acting as a liaison between development teams and product owners to ensure deliverables alignment, identifying roadblocks, assessing risks, and implementing mitigation strategies for smooth project execution, monitoring progress and maintaining transparency through tools like Jira and Confluence, championing Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the teams, collaborating with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for seamless end-to-end delivery, and monitoring sprint metrics to identify blockers and enhance delivery efficiency. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Agile software delivery, project management, or a similar role, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, hands-on experience coordinating with technical teams and product stakeholders, proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence, strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, evolving tech environment with a solution-first mindset.
