Job Description

For Ahmedabad based candidates only We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) / Pre-sales Executive to join our expanding pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective lead qualification, relationship management, and sales conversion. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media engagement, and third-party platforms. Analyze customer interest levels, buying capacity, location, and readiness to engage. Conduct in-depth research to understand customer behavior patterns and identify high-potential opportunities. Client Engagement & Communication: Establish and maintain personalized communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups. Educate prospects about product offerings and tailor solutions to their needs. Conduct virtual or in-person demonstrations to showcase product knowledge and resolve customer queries. Sales & Negotiation: Share pricing proposals and collaborate with the technical and installation teams for estimates. Finalize terms and ensure the completion of all required documentation. Maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM to track performance and conversion rates. Collaboration & Performance Tracking: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Align with broader organizational goals, including achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Support the operations team to ensure seamless handover post-sale. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education : MBA / BBA Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (2+ years preferred). Skills : Strong sales acumen, lead qualification, and CRM usage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical clients. Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and collaboration. Strong soft skills, cold calling expertise, and goal-oriented mindset. Experience in negotiation and closing sales. Why Join Us?
