For Vadodara based candidates only 📍 Location : Vadodara, Gujarat 🧭 Department : Human Resources 👥 Reporting To : Co-Founder / Management 🔍 Experience Required : Minimum 2+ years in HR with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, or organizational culture 🎯 Key Purpose We're looking for a passionate HR professional to strengthen our hiring and company culture by driving recruitment, onboarding, and key culture-building initiatives. 💼 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs Build a proactive talent pipeline via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open positions Drive employer branding activities Design and lead a smooth onboarding process Implement and sustain culture aligned with company values Support employee engagement, culture programs, and feedback surveys Maintain dashboards for hiring and engagement metrics 🛠 Key Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sourcing and negotiation capabilities Hands-on experience with hiring platforms, ATS, and HRMS tools Understanding of startup work culture Creative thinker for engagement and branding strategies 🎓 Preferred Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration Ready to shape the future of work with us?
