Location: Ahmedabad (Showroom-based) Gender Preference: Female candidates only Vacancies: 2 Industry: Smart Home Automation / Electronics / Consumer Tech About the Role: We are hiring dynamic and confident female professionals to join our showroom team in Ahmedabad. As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and digital leads. Your role involves showcasing products, understanding customer requirements, giving live demos, and ensuring a great experience from entry to conversion. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in premium retail, showroom handling, or franchise store operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Experience Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Handle inbound leads from digital channels – WhatsApp, calls, website inquiries. Understand client needs and explain product offerings clearly and confidently. Provide live product demonstrations and guide clients on technical features. Create a warm, consultative, and trustworthy experience for every visitor. Sales Conversion & Coordination Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel. Share quotations, coordinate with technical/installation teams for estimates. Assist in closing deals, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring CRM entries. Track inquiries, follow up consistently, and support sales targets. Collaboration & Growth Collaborate with the marketing and back-office teams for better lead management. Provide feedback on client behavior, preferences, and showroom experience. Maintain showroom decorum, cleanliness, and product display quality. Requirements : Education: Electronics Engineer / B.Tech / Diploma + MBA or BBA preferred Experience: 1 to 3 years in showroom sales / franchise stores / premium retail brands Skills: Excellent communication and client-handling skills Polished appearance and confident personality Strong understanding of electronic products or ability to learn quickly Experience with CRM and basic sales documentation Ability to work in a target-driven and team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
