Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits, partner meetings, and market surveys.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate daily/weekly reporting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners.
  • Ensure proper branding, visibility, and product placement at retail counters.
  • Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely order processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle post-sales support.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decisions.

    OR related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on field sales experience (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of channel sales, dealer/distributor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM or basic reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at relationship building.
