Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and driving sales for Elegance Enterprises’ real estate offerings. This is an individual contributor role suited for freshers and early-career professionals who are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to grow in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Support the sales closing process and assist with documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0–3 years in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Communication Skills: Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Sales Skills: Convincing ability, negotiation basics, and follow-up skills
Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for site visits
