You will act as the face of Elegance Enterprises, responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering a white-glove service experience from introduction to close.
* Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, maintaining trust and confidentiality
* Present luxury offerings with poise, precision, and persuasive elegance
* Host and guide private viewings or meetings, providing detailed yet tasteful presentations
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on lifestyle preferences
* Collaborate with internal teams to personalize client journeys and after-sale experiences
* Maintain regular communication with clients while respecting personal boundaries
* Represent the brand at private events, client meetings, or industry gatherings
