Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
- Handle communication effectively, both over calls and in-person meetings, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Convert leads into potential clients by presenting relevant real estate options and guiding clients through their investment decisions.
2. Business Development
- Pitch project details to prospective clients through calls, virtual meetings, or face-to-face interactions.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and showcasing the most relevant projects from our partners.
3. Sales & Negotiation
- Drive sales by following up on leads and effectively negotiating terms and conditions with potential buyers.
- Ensure smooth and successful conversion of prospects into confirmed clients by handling queries and objections.
- Achieve sales targets and business development goals in line with organizational objectives.
4. Competitor Analysis & Market Research
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Analyze competitor activities and offer insights for improving sales strategies and positioning.
- Provide feedback to the management about changing market dynamics and customer preferences.
5. Project Management & Site Visits
- Manage individual projects and oversee client interactions, ensuring seamless execution from lead generation to closure.
- Arrange site visits for clients based on their availability and requirements.
- Provide comprehensive project details and assist clients in making informed investment decisions.
- Visit project sites regularly, gathering information, and ensuring that the client experience remains high- quality.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and sales progress.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market trends for internal review.
- Assist in the creation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Confidence & Interpersonal Skills: A confident and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Real Estate Knowledge: A sound understanding of the real estate market, project developments, and competitor offerings in the Bangalore region.
- Negotiation Abilities: Ability to negotiate with clients and vendors to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- MS Office & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation preparation.
- Customer Focus: A client-centric attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value-added services.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales and business development targets.
- Adaptability & Learning Mindset: Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and learn new sales strategies or tools.
On-the-Job Role:
- Client & Business Partner Management: You will be solely responsible for handling your assigned project, managing client relationships, and liaising with business partners.
- Leads Conversion: Generate, nurture, and convert leads into committed clients by providing them with comprehensive project details and personalized solutions.
- Site Visits: This role requires regular site visits. The candidate will be expected to visit the project sites regularly to engage with clients and ensure high-quality service delivery.

- As this is an onsite role, the candidate must be willing to travel within the specified locations for client meetings and site inspections.
