We are seeking an experienced Business Leader to drive enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and high-value deal closures. The role focuses on client acquisition, MICE and enterprise selling, and closing corporate workspace or commercial real estate transactions with top MNCs and large enterprises.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise brands and MNCs.
Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
Lead negotiations and closures for commercial real estate and corporate workspace solutions.
Drive MICE selling, enterprise partnerships, and key account growth initiatives.
Activate and manage on-ground broker, developer, and channel partner networks.
Deliver impactful presentations and solution pitches to senior stakeholders.
Track pipeline performance and prepare reports on leads, revenue, and partnerships.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
Background in MICE selling, hospitality, commercial real estate, or enterprise solutions preferred.
Proven experience in closing high-value corporate workspace or commercial real estate deals.
Strong exposure to enterprise clients, MNCs, and CXO-level stakeholders.
Experience in managing broker networks, developers, and channel partners.
MBA preferred with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting systems.
