Job Description

Roles & Responsibility: Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo/Lusha, and the other to build a strong sales pipeline. Contact prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media channels to introduce our services and assess client needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients. Accurately record and update all sales activities, client interactions, and BANT qualifications in the CRM system. Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitors to support business development strategies. Skills Required: 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development, with a strong background in lead generation and qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator, Upwork). Highly driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in IT Services industry is must. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
