Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive sales growth. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings' value proposition. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in field sales or business development in the industrial automation industry. Strong understanding of industrial automation products/services; ability to learn quickly about our offerings. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
