This role requires a strong understanding of government procurement processes, tendering, and public sector decision-making cycles. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with central and state government departments, PSUs, and public agencies . Regularly meet with government officials, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to present company offerings and build long-term relationships. Monitor and respond to relevant government tenders, RFPs, and EOIs . Manage company registration and compliance on government procurement platforms (e.g., GeM, eProcurement, CPPP). Collaborate with technical, legal, and finance teams to prepare tender documents, proposals, and pricing structures. Provide strategic input on bidding decisions and help craft winning proposals. Maintain a strong pipeline of government opportunities and keep detailed records of client interactions. Represent the company at government meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in government contracts and tenders. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2–7 years of experience in B2G sales or public sector business development . Strong network within government departments or public sector clients . Deep knowledge of government procurement procedures, including tenders, GEM, and e-procurement platforms . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings across regions. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations including expense tracking, e-way bill generation, salary processing, and GST filings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance, specifically in the context of the IT services sector. Key Responsibilities: Daily Expense Management: Record and reconcile daily operational expenses. Ensure proper documentation and approval of bills and vouchers. Maintain petty cash records and employee reimbursements. E-Way Bill Management: Generate and manage e-way bills for movement of goods (e.g., hardware, IT assets). Ensure compliance with GST portal requirements and maintain related documentation. Salary Processing: Coordinate with HR to gather monthly payroll data (attendance, leaves, deductions). Prepare salary sheets and process payments via banking channels. Manage statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS, and issue pay slips. GST Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Reconcile GST input and output on a regular basis. Handle GST-related queries and notices in coordination with consultants. General Accounting Support: Maintain ledgers, journals, and daybooks. Assist with bank reconciliations and payment processing. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Opportunity Development Conduct comprehensive market research and stakeholder analysis to identify new government business opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential contracts, RFPs/RFIs, tenders, and partnerships. Create and present business cases for new opportunities to senior leadership. Government Engagement & Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and procurement officers in government entities. Represent the organization at public sector forums, conferences, and trade shows. Serve as a trusted advisor to government clients, understanding their needs and aligning company offerings accordingly. Proposal & Bid Management Lead the end-to-end proposal development process in response to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and unsolicited proposals. Coordinate with technical writers, pricing teams, and subject matter experts to produce compliant, compelling bids. Track proposal status, evaluation timelines, and debriefings to inform continuous improvement. Contract Negotiation & Compliance Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams. Ensure compliance with relevant public procurement rules and regulations (e.g., GFR, Procurement Manuals, local ordinances). Support post-award activities, including contract management and performance tracking. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress in the CRM/cloud system. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on opportunity status, risks, and strategic recommendations. Set and monitor KPIs such as win rate, pipeline value, and client retention. Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or government affairs with a focus on B2G. Proven success in leading and closing government contracts with significant value and complexity. Knowledge & Skills Deep understanding of government procurement regulations and contracting frameworks. Familiarity with e-procurement portals and bid tracking platforms (e.g. GeM,E-procurment etc.). Strong interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.
