As a Business Development Executive at EBSL Automat Pvt Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding market presence in the home automation sector. Your expertise in home automation solutions, including Wired (KNX) & Wireless products, will be instrumental in achieving success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Market Research and Analysis:** - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers in the home automation industry, focusing on Wired (KNX) & Wireless products. - Analyse market data, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to develop effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the home automation sector. - **Lead Generation and Prospecting:** - Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and online platforms, with a specific focus on clients interested in premium home automation solutions. - Prospect and qualify potential clients to understand their specific needs related to home automation solutions. - **Client Engagement and Relationship Management:** - Build strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, builders, and other key stakeholders in the home automation industry. - Provide customized solutions and exceptional customer service based on client requirements and preferences. - **Solution Presentation and Proposal Development:** - Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase smart home automation solutions to clients. - Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to meet clients" specific needs and budget constraints. - **Sales Pipeline Management:** - Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of sales activities. - Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. - **Market Expansion and Business Growth:** - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to clients and their contacts. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. **Qualifications and Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the home automation industry. - Strong understanding of wired and wireless home automation products, including KNX and Wi-Fi solutions. - Track record of success in achieving sales targets in the smart home automation industry. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools. - Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required. **Must Have:** 1. Minimum 1+ years of relevant home automation experience and 2+ years of total work experience. 2. Willingness to travel within the city to meet prospects and clients minimum 10 per week. 3. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. 4. Commitment to work for a minimum of 2 years. 5. Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving defined sales targets. **Good to Have:** 1. Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders & influencers. 2. Proficiency in Sales Closing techniques. 3. Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and customer support teams. 4. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
