Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a passion for solar energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers for solar solutions (residential, commercial, industrial sectors). Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site and virtual sales presentations to educate potential clients about solar energy benefits, products, and services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Consultative Selling: Understand customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring that contracts are signed and revenue targets are met. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and solar technology to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution after closing sales. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses in CRM tools. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or construction sectors. Strong knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and the EPC process (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites. Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them in a clear, customer-friendly manner. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Familiarity with local regulations and incentives related to solar energy installations. Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
