About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team focused on Infrastructure Solutions and Systems Integration. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients across sectors. This is a strategic sales position that requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and integration services, coupled with excellent relationship management and solution-oriented selling.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify target industries, accounts, and market segments with growth potential.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Business Development
  • Generate qualified leads through research, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.
  • Propose suitable IT infrastructure and systems integration solutions tailored to client s needs.
  • Deliver impactful product/service presentations and demos.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultative partner for client stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent engagement to foster client satisfaction and retention.
Proposal & Deal Management
  • Draft detailed and customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Handle commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to scope accurate and deliverable solutions.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams for seamless handoffs.
  • Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Report regularly on pipeline progress, forecasted revenue, and key performance metrics.
Post-Sales Engagement
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients with internal support teams.
  • Follow up after deployment to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably in System Integration,
    Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Educational background in IT, Engineering, or Business Management.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Working knowledge in any of the following domains is an advantage:
    o Cybersecurity Solutions o Cloud & SASE Solutions o Network Infrastructure
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and local regional languages.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for client engagements.
