Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom Solution Sales:

    Identify and generate new business opportunities by selling tailored IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and other custom IT services, along with digital marketing services.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:

    Leverage deep knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and web analytics) to offer clients integrated solutions that drive business growth and enhance their online presence.
  • Market Research & Company Profiling:

    Conduct in-depth market research and company profiling to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients. Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Business Development:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in both IT solutions and digital marketing services. Create value propositions that align with client needs and business goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Regularly engage clients to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
  • Presentations & Demos:

    Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase the benefits of IT solutions and digital marketing strategies, tailored to meet client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and close sales deals with favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Collaboration with Teams:

    Work closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to align the companys offerings with client requirements, ensuring smooth project execution post-sale.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Experience:

    2-3 years of experience in IT sales, focusing on custom solutions and digital marketing.
  • Sales Skills:

    Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to post-sale follow-up.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:

    Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms).
  • Custom Solution Sales:

    Proven experience in selling custom IT solutions, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and tailored software solutions.
  • Market Research & Company Profiling:

    Skilled in conducting market research, creating detailed company profiles, and analyzing competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Client-Focused:

    Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing expert advice and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Strong ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • CRM Proficiency:

    Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    Familiarity with IT products and services such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and bespoke software development.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability:

    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to customize solutions based on client needs and market trends.
  • Team Player:

    Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and technical teams to align offerings and ensure client success.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
