The role involves analyzing data, mapping client requirements, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring smooth alignment between business strategy and technology implementation. 🧭 Key Responsibilities📊 Business & Data AnalysisGather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and internal teams. Create business workflows, use cases, and process documentation. Analyze market trends, customer usage data, and competitor insights to support decision-making. Monitor performance metrics for communication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities. 🤝 Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with Product, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure business goals are aligned with delivery outcomes. Support pre-sales and proposal activities with research and business insights. Assist management in planning new AI-driven product features and automation flows. Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients. 🧩 Process & System ImprovementEvaluate current systems and suggest process automation using AI and digital tools. Identify pain points in client journeys and recommend efficiency improvements. Collaborate with QA and engineering teams during product testing and deployment. 🧾 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Process Consultant, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or digital communication. Strong analytical and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, Flowcharts, Excel, Power BI). Understanding of APIs, data flow, and digital communication products (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, RCS). Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or Trello). 💡 Preferred SkillsExperience in AI, Chatbot, or Automation-based platforms. Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow management, or API integration projects.
